Whispering Bakery

The only thing in common with the people who had disappeared was a small bakery they had all frequented. Even though it seems like a coincidence you decide to pay the baker a visit.

Whispering Bakery was my entry for One Page Dungeon Contest 2023. The theme that year was "And Still They Rise" and I had a hard time coming up with something other than the obvious choices like the undead; I was actually baking bread when the idea hit me and I scrambled to get the dungeon ready before the deadline. The dungeon is system-agnostic but really only fits as-is into a fantasy setting with some magic.
